Amy O’Keeffe is an author, inspirational speaker, retreat leader, and spiritual teacher devoted to helping others live more purposeful, inspired lives. Known for teaching the art of listening to spirit, Amy encourages people to trust their intuition, recognize signs and synchronicities, and feel more connected to the loved ones who continue to guide and support them from the other side.
She is the author of In Spirit: A Story of Friendship, a heartfelt true story about friendship, healing, miracles, and the unseen spiritual connections that shape our lives.
For more than twenty-five years, Amy has studied the teachings of spiritual masters and guided others on journeys of spiritual growth and personal transformation. Through her speaking engagements and transformational retreats, Amy creates meaningful experiences that help others open their hearts, trust their intuition, and deepen their connection to spirit.
She is the co-founder of A&A Productions and All Souls' Retreat , where she helps curate inspiring experiences centered around healing, connection, and transformation of the mind, body, and spirit.
Amy is also a member of SAG-AFTRA and has served as the principal voice-over talent for several commercial television campaigns.
Above all, Amy considers one of her greatest blessings to be her daughter, with whom she proudly shares the same birthday.
